All produce is organic and wherever possible, comes from our village, Kirazli Koy, meaning "cherry village". The first registered eco-village in Turkey, Kirazli is well known for its fresh fruit and vegetables.
A varied and extensive breakfast includes Muesli and a freshly cooked frittata using local seasonal vegetables or another egg based dish, is served in our dining room or in the courtyards.
Our optional evening meal, all home made, is carefully selected for balance and tastes. It combines modern Turkish and European food with some Pacific rim fusions.
There is a dedicated kitchen for breakfast and a separate purpose-built kitchen and barbecue for all other cooking. (see barbecue video clip)
We have selected the best value for money Turkish red or white wine to accompany your meal.
